I believe creativity isn't about making things beautiful. It's about making things work.
My friends and family always came to me when something needed to be figured out, organized, made to work. "You'll find a way," they'd say. Somewhere along the way, solving problems became my profession.
As a designer, my favorite part was never just making things look good. It was understanding what people were really trying to say, turning ideas into visual stories, staying with them from the first conversation to the final delivery. Seeing the outcome, learning from it, improving the process: that became just as rewarding as the design itself.
Leading a team in hospitality taught me the process isn't so different. I bring people together, learn what each person does best, build an environment where great work can happen. When things get chaotic, I slow down, observe, find the clearest way forward.
Creativity, to me, isn't a moment of inspiration. It's curiosity, collaboration, and enough structure to let good ideas grow.
