About me:
I’m Flor, an Argentinian living in Berlin. My path has grown through two careers that developed almost in parallel.
On one side, art. I’ve always been drawn to communication and storytelling through visuals — first through graphic design, then focusing on illustration and motion, and more recently, art direction. Freelancing allowed me to collaborate with people and brands around the world, and over time my work naturally evolved from hands-on design into leading visual decisions and guiding creative processes.
On the other side, the bar. What started as a job to support my university years became a space where I learned structure, teamwork, quick thinking and problem-solving, and eventually leadership. Working in hospitality shaped how I relate to people, processes and collaboration in real time.
Both paths influence each other. Over time, my focus moved from working independently to shaping ideas collaboratively and guiding projects as a whole.
About my work
I focus on clarity, intention and collaboration, working closely with clients to develop visual languages that support their message. When working with existing assets, I make intentional choices that bring consistency, clarity and cohesion, while staying mindful of timelines and constraints.
For me, strong visuals are not just about how things look, but about what they communicate and how they connect.
